Bunions Program

Bunions are an enlargement of the big toe (or little toe – called a Tailor’s bunion) joint due to deviation in the alignment of the distal aspect of the toe itself. The Rehab Mechanics program is designed to ease discomfort and strengthen intrinsic muscles that support healthy movement.
